Nutrition Seminar presented by Depth Training
On Saturday after final team selection the Wolves had their 1st player meeting. As part of the meeting the players and coaches had a nutrition seminar presented by Justin Brooks.

Justin did a very good job of presenting this seminar, hard to imagine that 17 eager 11 year old players could sit still for that long. It was a very interactive seminar where Justin presented questions to player and coaches on a number of topics discussed. The players eagerly put up their hands to give Justin the answers, sometimes even the correct ones.
Some players even commented to their parents at dinner time, "I can't have that, it is not healthy"
The player's even made Justin an honourary member of the Waterloo Wolves
Thank you again to Justin at Depth Training for the great presentation.
