Wolves Food Bank Challenge
Submitted By Craig Campbell on Tuesday, December 6, 2016
This holiday season the Minor Bantam MD Black and Minor Bantam MD White teams are getting into the true spirit of the season - by finding a way to give back to our community.  There was no better way than them to undertake a Food Drive Challenge for the Food Bank of Waterloo Region!

There is more to being a coach than skills, passes, shots and saves. My coaching team always wants to make sure we are teaching our team more than just the on ice skills.  The off ice skills are just as important and that is why we choose to give back to our great community.

The Minor Bantam MD Black team has issued a challenge the Minor Bantam MD White team to see who can collect more food for the Food Bank of Waterloo Region prior to our game at RIM Park on Sunday December 11th at 2:30pm.

We encourage all WMHA Rep teams to join us and bring their donations to our game and cheer on these teams that are both having great seasons.

Food will be collected prior to the game, a rep from the Food Bank will be on hand for a photo opportunity and then all Food will be loaded and transported to the Food Bank to be weighed.

This is a great time of year where we can give back to our community and hope that everyone at Waterloo Minor Hockey will get behind us!!
