I was at the Zone today and Vince the owner was telling me about a shooting clinique he was at in the USA for Easton.  How a guy "Scott Bjugstad" is teaching kids how to improve their speed and accuracy of their shots by using some different techniques.  Shifting their weight and loading their sticks earlier on the shot.  There are three video clips at the bottom of the web site have a look at them if you wish.  Just some options to try when you are shooting pucks. Its nice to see our team playing at a high level. Great job guys. Our dump and chase style is proving to be effective. We can be even better guys! Last night we did many things right. Intensity was good, fore check is improving and our shift length is just right. I want everybody to start thinking about feeding our points and driving the net. We seldom used our points last night and they were wide open. Our D have been working on keeping their shots low. Let's add that aspect to our game.  Our game on friday is cancelled due to scheduling conflicts! Coach Al
