WHMA is now accepting applications to coach
U8 and U9 MD teams for the 2023-24 Season.
NEW!! The WMHA is also now accepting applications to coach the inaugral
U18 BB team (non body checking or "NBC").

Please keep the following in mind:
- Selecting coaches is a time-consuming endeavour with the Committee spending as much time as necessary to find the most qualified and capable individual for a particular team.
- ALL members of a Coaching Staff (Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Trainer and Manager) must ultimately be approved by the WMHA Board of Directors.
- Coach Certification Requirements: Coaches applying for U8 and U9 MD must have or be wiling to obtain a COACH 1 certification.
- Coach Certification Requirements: Coaches applying for U18BB NBC must have or be willing to obtain a DEVELOPMENT 1 certification.
- All Coaches and Bench Staff require their Respect in Sport Leader Course, Gender Identity Course and a valid police check
- NOT ALL APPLICANTS WILL BE CONTACTED FOR AN INTERVIEW
