PLAYPAY INSTRUCTIONS - RETURNING PLAYERS
Submitted By Tracey Williams on Thursday, February 18, 2021
The Hockey Office is receiving multiple emails regarding difficulties Members are experiencing when attempting to pay the first registration installment, for Phase 2 of our Programming.

We have put together a step-by-step instruction document, that should help you navigate through the process.

You can access the document by clicking here.

Here are some additional FAQs to assist with processing payments through PlayPay:

Q - What is the website for PlayPay:
A - www.playpay.ca

Q -  When I log into the PlayPay site, and bring up my account, it states I owe "$0.00", is this correct?
A -  PlayPay doesn't automatically update your account, with the amount you owe for Phase 2. You will need to add the activity (for example, "Phase 2 Fee - Houseleague) to your account and then you can click on the payment button to complete the process.

Q -  I have a credit on my PlayPay account due to a previous overpayment - can I use this credit to pay for Phase 2 Fees?
A - Yes, absolutely - but the PlayPay system doesn't automatically know that's what you want to do. You must log into your account, add the activity to your account (for example, "Phase 2 Fee - Houseleague) and the credit will be applied to the amount owed.

Q - I want to make my payment by Credit Card, but the PlayPay system states it must be a minimum of $50.00. How am I supposed to make the 1st installment of the HL Registration Fee, if its only $25.00?
A - Please contact the Office at [email protected] and we will assist with this issue.
