Q - What is the website for PlayPay:
A - www.playpay.ca
Q - When I log into the PlayPay site, and bring up my account, it states I owe "$0.00", is this correct?
A - PlayPay doesn't automatically update your account, with the amount you owe for Phase 2. You will need to add the activity (for example, "Phase 2 Fee - Houseleague) to your account and then you can click on the payment button to complete the process.
Q - I have a credit on my PlayPay account due to a previous overpayment - can I use this credit to pay for Phase 2 Fees?
A - Yes, absolutely - but the PlayPay system doesn't automatically know that's what you want to do. You must log into your account, add the activity to your account (for example, "Phase 2 Fee - Houseleague) and the credit will be applied to the amount owed.
Q - I want to make my payment by Credit Card, but the PlayPay system states it must be a minimum of $50.00. How am I supposed to make the 1st installment of the HL Registration Fee, if its only $25.00?
