Guiding athletes to develop both their skills and character has always been my priority. Having the opportunity to coach my own children—my daughter in softball and my sons in hockey—has been a wonderful bonus along the way.   What's your Coaching Philosophy/Approach? I build my teams on work ethic, character, and skill—each equally important to success. The puzzle begins in the dressing room, where culture and commitment set the foundation. I expect every player to bring their best effort to every practice and every game.
