After entering, turn left through the doors

The WMHA Office is the second door on the left, beside Waterloo Minor Soccer

This is the Team Meeting & Seminar Location: Teams will gather in the WMHA Office Seminar Area 30 minutes prior to their scheduled testing time for a brief orientation session.

Players should come prepared with "warm up" clothes (shorts, t-shirt, running shoes)

Overview of the testing process and its purpose in player development

Outline of how results will be used throughout the season

Group warm-up before moving to the testing stations (outside Office)

After the seminar, Depth Training staff will escort each team from the WMHA Office to the Indoor Fieldhouse area for their testing session.
