MD Minor Bantam White vs Burlington Bulldogs Red
Submitted By Mike Willson on Sunday, September 29, 2019
The Wolves took the Bulldogs for a leisurely skate around the park with a 5 - 1 victory.

Waterloo tamed the Bulldogs with a quiet skate around the park throughout the first period. The bulldogs tried to break free of Waterloo's leash but the Wolves simply recoiled the slack and kept Burlington at bay. The boys were in complete control of the outing and did not let the bark of Burlington phase them.

It was soon into the walk of the second, as Burlington stopped to sniff the boards, when Seamus Riley-McKay and Nathan Edwards teamed up to fire the puck on net. Ian Cole stretched out his stick to tip the puck into the Bulldog's net. Soon after, on another stroll around the back of the net, Calvin Witt grabbed the pass from Luke Young. Calvin performed a spin-o-rama move causing the Bulldogs to go the wrong way as he banked the black disc off the netminder and into the net.

Jacob Tauer let his own dog out as he blasted a bullet from the point to put the team up 3 - 0 early into the third walk. Somehow the Bulldog's got off the leash and ran wildly up the ice to bite Waterloo's netminder in the mask and get themselves on the board. Hayden Taylor finished off the Bulldogs with a pair of late markers into the walk to put the bulldogs down for good.

No animals were hurt during the making of the hockey game and any similarities of the facts in this article are completely true!

Great game boys, keep it up . Good luck next weekend.
