PeeWee Black ties with Burlington Bulldogs

PeeWee Black tied Burlington Bulldogs on Sunday, October 6 at Appleby Ice Centre in Burlington.

R. Wicken (assisted by N. Hepditch) scored within the first minutes of game and then scored a second goal (assisted by R. Kropf) after 6 minutes on a breakaway. Burlington answered with their first goal on a power play 2 minutes later.

R. Kropf (assisted by R. Wicken) scored his first goal of the season 29 seconds into the second period. J. Hergott performed admirably in net, making several great saves, but Burlington found the net halfway through the second period.

Burlington scored another goal to tie the game at 3-3 five minutes into the 3rd and then put the pressure on by scoring another goal 4 minutes later. T. Carter (assisted by N. McPherson) scored the final goal to tie it at 4-4 with 2 minutes left in the game.

Hardest Worker award goes to Daniel Banjo who really did give it his all.
