Rangers Game! (Updated Jan. 16)
Dear Wolves Families,

We have an exciting weekend ahead with the team playing intermission at this Sunday's Kitchener Rangers vs Guelph Storm game at the Kitchener Aud, with a 2pm Puck Drop schedule.

In preparation for this, we wanted to share some important details.

Firstly, Sunday's practice is still scheduled for 9.30am at RIM Park for skills run by Coaches (and Friday @ 5.30pm for Power Skating, also at RIM Park)

For the Rangers Game, details are as follows;
1.  Please ensure that the participating players bring their normal Tim Horton's jerseys to wear during the game.  Depending on split, some may be asked to use a different jersey.
2.  Please arrive at the arena no later than 30 minutes before game time i.e. no later than 1.30pm.   Parking is usually busy at the Rangers game, so plan accordingly.
3.  Please enter The Auditorium at Door 19 on Ottawa Street side of the facility.   This entrance is just to the right of the Rangers office in Parking Lot A (Paid Parking lot).  You will not be able to get to the dressing rooms via the main Lobby.
4. Please proceed to Dressing Rooms 6 and 7 on the Event Level, to drop off the players kit.
5.  Players can drop their equipment in the dressing room and then proceed to their seats to watch the game. You can use stairway 15 to go up to your seats. Watching warm-up from the benches on the Event Level is prohibited.
6. Players and coaches should return to the dressing room with about 10:00 remaining in the second period. When returning to the dressing room you can access the Event Level via stairway 15.
7. Parents who accompany players to the change rooms must proceed to their seats during the intermission game.
8. When the game is over the players must leave the ice immediately and head to their dressing room and then their seats or leave if desired.  The players’ equipment can be left in the room to be picked up after the game.

The Coaching staff and a rep for the Rangers will be available Sunday to help with all of this.  Also the Aud staff are very helpful and I'm sure will gladly point you in the right direction if needed.

++NEW INFO:++

For the Tickets that you ordered for the game, we started handing these out at last Sunday's practice.  If you were unable to make that, please come and see Coach Ian after one of the practice sessions this weekend for your tickets.  If you are unable to make either of the sessions this weekend, please let me know and we can arrange an alternative plan to get you your tickets.

Also, as the Coaching Staff communicated whilst handing out the tickets on Sunday, we wanted to inform you, that in addition to Tim Horton's sponsoring a ticket for each player, Tim Horton's are now sponsoring 1 adult ticket per player for this game i.e. both tickets are being paid for by Tim Horton's.  As a result, there will also be a refund of one adult ticket in your package when you pick up.

Regards,   The Coaching Staff..
