What a weekend!
Congratulations to all the boys for the great effort in all four
games. Team Black was undefeated and had
the highest goals for and lowest goals against of any team in the tournament.
Our team defense was amazing and when someone did manage to get a shot against us Logan shut them down. Our team only allowed 2 goals against all tournament (that’s 4 games) and that is because of the hustle and effort of everyone on the team.
The offense was relentless too; we had 25 goals over the weekend. Lots of different players contributed with goals and assists. We scored on breakaways, one-timers, and good old-fashioned banging in rebounds.
It certainly was a weekend to remember. The coaches are proud of your teamwork and accomplishments this season. Let’s keep up the good effort as we continue our season and start playoff games at the end of the month. Like the boys are now chanting before our games… “Let’s do this people!!!”
