.500 Hockey After 3 games
The boys have had a bit of a layoff and the groove is a bit hard to find.
After a close 2 to 1 win over the Cyclones in Hamilton, the rematch was a 6 to 6 tie, with a wide open game by both, but just not enough of a constant effort to clinch the win, trailing is not the best way to get a victory they have found.
Kichener was the next matchup, and with a quick 1st goal the boys were behind, then the penalty trouble, but 2 to 1 at the end of first for Kitchener, we did well.
The penalties continued for our boys and a 5 on 3 was just seconds from expiring and 3 to 1 Kitchener, but once calmed down, the boys had them a goal and 3 to 2 at end of the second.
The third was some miscues by the boys and missed hooking calls by others, the final was 4 to 2 as the boys ran out of time
Practice Tuesday at the Rec Centre at 10pm, Call Rick if your going to be a no show
