Wild Come Out On Top
In the 3rd game of the Battle of Waterloo 7/8 Teams.
In a hard fought battle which saw both teams play a great game. The Wild came out on top backed by some great goaltending from Evan Baker. He played very well position ally and made big saves when called upon.
As a team the boys played very well, got lots of shots by the forwards and the defence limited the opposition chances. The one thing the guys worked hard at today was limiting the breakaway and odd man rushes. They were very successful with that.
Overall in the past 4 league games the boys have put together a pretty strong string of 2-1-1. This is a complete team effort that has allowed this to happen.
Next up Burlington Black. Let's go Wild.
Hardest Worker... Evan Baker
Menchies Frozen Yogurt Forward of the Game... Jackson Heron

On a special note... It was an incredible day for our team as we welcomed Ben's mom, back to the rink for the 1st time since November. Welcome back Angie!!!
