Mountain Wolves vs Burlington Bulldogs White
Submitted By Mike Willson on Sunday, March 9, 2014
All good things came to an end today as the Mountain Wolves lost 7 - 0 against the Bulldogs White team this afternoon.

The Mountain Wolves worked very hard to keep their 12 game scoring streak alive. Some NHL teams would love to have that kind of streak. If you had scored today, we would have had to deal with that unlucky number 13! Perhaps their is a silver lining with today's loss.

The boys battled very hard and kept the play in Burlington's zone most of the first period. Several scoring chances, defensive battles along the boards and tape to tape passes went unrewarded as the puck seemed to stay out of the net.

Centermen, Thomas Chan and Quade Willson saw plenty of action as they double shifted their centre duties. Excellent work stepping up, making plays happen and handling the extra time on the ice.

Keep going strong boys as you head into the final weekend of the season. Everyone has improved immensely and worked hard as a team to get to this point.

See you in Hamilton on Saturday!
