Overview
We will once again be using the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) as our online registration portal for the upcoming season. See below, under "How to Register" for more details.

New to Hockey?
If you are a brand new hockey player, an instructional video on how to register in the Hockey Canada Registry with Waterloo Minor Hockey, can be found HERE. If you do not have an HCR number please use this document to learn how: HCR Number

Payment Methods
Payment can be made by:
- Interac/Debit Card - Interac or debit cards (Visa or Mastercard Debit) can be used to make direct payments during the registration process, in the HCR.
- Credit Card - credit card payments can be made directly during the registration process, in the HCR.
- E-transfer - you can choose the e-transfer option during the registration process in the HCR. After registration, you will have to exit the HCR system and log into your online banking platform to send the e-transfer. The e-transfer should be sent to: [email protected]. Please include your player name in the description area of the e-transfer.
Tryout Registration Information for U8MD, U9MD and Select Teams
Registration for Fall Tryouts will open May.24 at noon and will remain open until the first day of tryouts that begin in the Fall, please use the following link for tryout registration: Fall Tryouts
Refund Policy: Refunds will be available on a pro-rated basis up to November 15th. The prorated refund amount will be LESS the Hockey Canada/ALLIANCE Insurance-Membership Fee of $75.00 plus a $25.00 administration fee to cover bank/admin fees (total: $80.00)
No Refunds will be issued after November 15th.
Registration will close on September 15th; however the WMHA reserves the right to close registration at an earlier date, if the maximum amount of players per team, has been met.
