What's your Coaching Philosophy/Approach?
Make sure the kids come to the rink first and foremost with a smile. I want to help them develop their individual skills, help them find their maximum hockey ability and prepare them for the next level.

Hockey is the greatest game on Earth! I love the speed, the competitiveness and the intensity but most of all, I love teaching/coaching the kids. I want to help them become better hockey players and help guide them to become better people.
