Why did you become a hockey coach?
To stay involved with the game when I was finished playing competitively.
What's your Coaching Philosophy/Approach?
Team structure, team effort and team first mentality. A team that works hard and plays together will always beat a talented bunch of individuals.

Love the game and enjoy where you are right now, it will be over before you know it.
Anything else you would like to share about yourself?
Over the past 20 years, I have had the opportunity to coach at various different levels from U10 to Junior B and work with a number of great coaches, players and teams. I have been a member of a number of successful teams, winning championships in the ALLIANCE and the OMHA as a Coach in the NOHA as a player. Most recently in the past 3 seasons from U10-U12 in Waterloo, the team has compiled a regular season record of 73-3-5, a playoff/playdown record of 24-1-2, won multiple tournaments and an ALLIANCE title.
