We will once again be using the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) as our online registration portal for the upcoming season. See below, under "How to Register" for more details.

New to Waterloo?
If you are a new Waterloo resident and you have previously played hockey with another Association, you will need to contact the Hockey Office Helpdesk for details on the transfer process. Please email our Helpdesk at [email protected].
New to Hockey?
If you are a brand new hockey player, an instructional video on how to register in the Hockey Canada Registry with Waterloo Minor Hockey, can be found HERE.
Zone Player or Non-Resident
Are you a player from the Waterloo Zone (ie - Centre Wellington, Drayton, Tavistock, Twin Centre or Woolwich) OR a Non-Resident player, who has signed with a Waterloo Wolves team or are planning on attending tryouts in the Fall? Please CLICK HERE for guidance on how to proceed with registration.

Payment Methods
Payment can be made by:
- Interac/Debit Card - Interac or debit cards (Visa or Mastercard Debit) can be used to make direct payments during the registration process, in the HCR.
- Credit Card - credit card payments can be made directly during the registration process, in the HCR.
- E-transfer - you can choose the e-transfer option during the registration process in the HCR. After registration, you will have to exit the HCR system and log into your online banking platform to send the e-transfer. The e-transfer should be sent to: [email protected]. Please include your player name in the description area of the e-transfer.
Tryout Registration Information for U8MD, U9MD and U18 Rep Teams
Registration for Fall Tryouts will take place on our website, beginning in Mid-August - please check back at that time for information and registration.
A player CANNOT register for tryouts via the Hockey Canada Registration system.
