    Link to HTC Refresher Course - you can complete the Trainers Certification Refresher Course, if you have completed the full certification course within the last 3 years (expiry is August of each season). Please check with the Hockey Office, if you are unsure when your course expires.

    Form to be used to report substantial injuries (those that require Trainers or Medical Personnel's attention) during an ALLIANCE sanctioned event (included but not limited to, practices, games or tournament games). Form should be completed to best of ability and submitted within 90 DAYS of injury to WMHA Hockey Office ([email protected]).
