Call for Coaches & Volunteers – WMHA U12 Team
Dear U12 WMHA Parents,
This season brings exciting growth for our U12 WMHA division, and with it comes new opportunities for parents to get involved and make a difference.
Our U12 division has grown significantly this season, which is exciting news for our players and families. With this growth, however, comes a greater need for dedicated coaches and volunteers to help guide, organize, and inspire our young athletes.
As a testimonial, last year was my son’s first year skating and playing hockey, and I had the opportunity to step in as a coach. Thanks to the support of our core U12 families, it turned into a very enjoyable and rewarding experience. That same support system is in place this year, ready to welcome anyone who is willing to get involved.
The great news is that WMHA covers all required certifications, making this a fantastic opportunity for parents who may be curious about exploring coaching or volunteering for the first time. No prior experience is necessary—just enthusiasm, commitment, and a passion for helping kids grow both on and off the ice.
If you’re interested in learning more about how you can support the team, please reach out to myself at [email protected]—we’d love to have you join us. Together, we can continue building a positive, supportive environment for all of our players.
