Sunday Feb. 24th: ‘Quick Burst’ Bootcamp at Fit Body Camp Waterloo (near Staples).
Krista has arranged a time for the boys to do a fun workout (the space is being donated to the team). She will be their trainer (certified Personal Trainer) and I will be there to help.
Depending on the numbers we will run 2 groups with a 45 min workout each.
Group 1: 11:30am-12:15pm
Group 2: 12:30-1:15pm
