Arrival time is 40-minutes prior to the testing time:
Player Check-in at WMHA Office and then have a 15-minute seminar on the tests they will be completing
A Depth Performance Coach will lead a team warm-up and then a cool-down after testing
Testing in RIM Park Fieldhouse will include:
Movement Skills:
squat pattern, push-up pattern, stationary lateral squat pattern,
active straight leg raise, shoulder reach, single leg squat hold on balance board
Strength:
U18’s 135lb Bench Press Test; Sled Push x 15yds at standard load of 70lbs,
Seated Medicine Ball Toss (15lbs), Isometric Mid-Thigh Pull VALD
Power:
broad jump, vertical jump, lateral bound + stick
Speed & Agility:
15yd sprint, 5-10-5 agility shuttle
Endurance:
0.5 mile Echo Bike
