It’s Time to Name Our Mascot 🏒🔥
The Pack is growing… and our newest team member needs a name!
Waterloo Wolves is officially launching a Mascot Naming Contest, and we want YOU to decide what our fierce (but friendly!) Wolf will be called 🐺💛
This mascot will be:
- 🎉 At games and tournaments
- 🏆 At the OHF Championships
- 📸 In photos with players and teams
- 🐺 Leading the Pack at events all season long
Now the big question…
What should we call them?
Is it something bold?
Something playful?
Something that screams #PackPride?
🗓 How It Works:
- Make sure you are following WMHA on Instagram
- Submit your mascot name idea on the slide provided
- Submissions close on March 1st
- Our top pick will go to a community vote – all those that chose the winner after the Community Vote, will be entered into a draw for the prize pack
- Winner announced on March 16th (or whatever date we want)

The ELITE 8 Naming Bracket will kickoff in March. With the top 8 name submissions from our Instagram going head to head in a bracket. We will share with you our bracket template and the names of the Elite 8 on March 2.
