Wolves Win Three Tournaments Over the Weekend
We had THREE Wolves team win tournaments this weekend!

The U16 HL Timber Wolves won the U16 category at the the annual London Bandits Tournament. After finishing 1st in the 8-team category, they earned a bye to the semi-finals on Sunday morning. The semi-final game ended in a shoot-out after a scoreless 3 on 3 overtime.
"Our fifth shooter ended the marathon game, which took us to the final on Sunday afternoon against the West London Hawks - we won that 4 - 2 in regulation time" said Head Coach Richard Blumenaur. He also added "we were grateful to have Dante Di Pasqua fill-in for our regular goalie."

At the same tournament, the U14 Ice Wolves dominated as well. "The team went a perfect 5-0, facing stiff
competition from London based teams, and a familiar foe from the TCHL, the U14 Mountain Wolves. The team focused on collaborative, team play, using our skills developed in the first half of the season. It was an
all Waterloo final, with the Ice and Mountain wolves facing off for the tournament prize. Ice Wolves came on top with a 6-3 final score in the final. The coaches would like to thank the players and parents, for creating such a solid team, focused on doing things the right way. Looking forward to what the second half of the season will bring!"
