All members are hereby notified that the
WMHA 2025 Annual General Meeting will take place on
Wednesday, October 8th, 2025 in person, at RIM Park, 2001 University Avenue, Waterloo, ON.
The meeting will be held in
Room 104, beginning at
7:00PM.
The 2025 AGM is open to all Members in good standing with the Association.
All active members, parent members and honourary members in good standing who are in attendance at the AGM shall be entitled to vote on any issue provided they are 18 years of age or older.
To be eligible to attend the AGM, members must complete and submit the AGM Delegate Registration Form by Thursday, October 2, 2025.
Registrants will receive an email as confirmation of registration and supporting material on or before Friday, October 3rd 2025.
DIRECTOR AT LARGE POSITIONS
Nominations for Director positions with the WMHA Board of Directors may now be submitted by completing the Nomination Form, found HERE and delivering the completed form via email to [email protected] using "Attn: Nominations Committee" in the subject line.
Nominations will be open until Friday, October 3rd at 1159pm, EST.
ANY NOMINATION FORMS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE/TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
We are currently seeking nominations for "Directors At Large" to sit on the WMHA Board. There are three (3) available Director At Large positions, with 2-year terms.
To qualify for a Director position, you must be an active, Parent or honourary Member in the Association.
Directors At Large will be expected to attend one Executive Meeting per month, the Annual General Meeting and any special meetings of the Board.
Each Director will have one vote for Association related decisions made at the Board Level and be responsible for Chairing a Committee (which will entail additional scheduled meetings).
Committees and their Chairs, will be decided at the first full meeting of the Board, following the AGM. Examples of Committees are Tournament Committee, Fundraising/Sponsorship Committee, Dispute Resolution Committee, Representative Committee and House League Committee.
