Wolves Enjoy Tournament Success in November
Wolves teams across all levels brought home tournament championships every weekend in the month of November.
The first tournament championship came courtesy of our U12 AAA team, who won the Shanahan Tournament - beating elite international competition.
We hosted our annual Waterloo Memorial Tournament and our U14 and U18 teams defended home ice, each going 5-0-1.
Then our U16 Select team took home the Lefroy Fall Classic, winning the final convincingly 5-0.
During the last weekend of November, our U16 Ice Wolves won the Bradford Blue and Gold Tournament. In Detroit, MI, we had our U12 AA and U10 AAA teams compete at the CCM Nations Cup.
The U12 AA Wolves helped win the 2013 McDavid Division by earning 3pts and our U10 AAA squad went 5-0-0 and won the 1st seed game in their own division, earning 6pts for Canada.
These teams made everyone in the WMHA community proud this month! Congratulations to the players, coaches and parents from all the teams!
