All members are hereby notified that the
WMHA 2023 Annual General Meeting will take place
Wednesday, September 20, 2023 in person, at RIM PARK, 2001 University Avenue East, Waterloo, ON.
The meeting will be held at RIM Park, in the Forbes/Century Room Banquet Hall on the 2nd floor of the facility.
2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
The 2023 AGM is open to all members. All active members, parent members and honourary members in good standing who are in attendance at the AGM shall be entitled to vote on any issue provided they are 18 years of age or older.
To be eligible to attend the AGM, members must complete and submit the AGM Delegate Registration Form by Wednesday, September 6th, 2023.
Registrants will receive an email as confirmation of registration and supporting material on or before
Monday, September 18th, 2023
Nominations for the following positions may now be submitted by completing the Nomination Form, found HERE and delivering the completed form via email to [email protected] using
"Attn: Nominations Committee" in the subject line.
Nominations will be open until Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at 4:00pm.
Listed below are the roles, we are seeking nominations for:
- President (2 years)
- Vice President (2 years)
- Director of AAA, AA & A (2 years)
- Director of BB/Hockey (1 year)
- Director of Rec Hockey (Senior) (2yrs)
- Director of Parent Concerns - Rec (2yrs)
- Director of Tournaments & Special Events (1yr)
