The 2021 AGM is open to all members. All active members, parent members and honourary members in good standing who are in attendance at the AGM shall be entitled to vote on any issue provided they are 18 years of age or older.
To be eligible attend the virtual AGM, members must complete and submit the AGM Registration Form by Tuesday, September 14th. Registrants will receive an email invite for the online meeting and supporting material on or before Monday, September 20th.
Nominations for the following positions may now be submitted by completing the Nomination Form and delivering the completed form via email to [email protected] using "Attn Nominations Committee" in the subject line. Nominations will be open until Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 4:00pm.

**Nominees Vice President must have served on the Board for 1 of the past 2 years
