U15 Body Contact Clinic Registration - FORM NOW WORKING

Due to technical difficulties with our website, the U15 Body Contact Clinic Registration form was not working properly - it has now been fixed. 

If you attempted to register your player, prior to 330pm today (August 16, 2021), the registration was not submitted. 

Please submit the registration again.
