TRYOUT REGISTRATION FORM - OUT OF TOWN PLAYERS (ZONE PLAYERS)
If you are a
U10 or above, Player/Goalie from the Waterloo AAA Zone with your Home Centre as one of the following:
- Centre Wellington
- Drayton
- Tavistock
- Twin Centre
- Woolwich
and you wish to attend AAA tryouts in Waterloo, please click HERE to fill out the Tryout Registration Form.
PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM IF YOU ARE A WATERLOO RESIDENT - YOU CAN REGISTER YOUR PLAYER FOR TRYOUTS ON THE HOCKEY CANADA SYSTEM (SEE REGISTRATION TAB FOR DETAILS).
General Information
- the tryout form is for non-residents only - this includes those players from the WATERLOO AAA Zone (as described above) and any players who will be attending tryouts on an F1 Waiver for ALLIANCE members*
- your Player must be U10 or greater
- the cost of the tryout pass is $120.00
- payment must be made prior to the first tryout skate by e-transfer to: [email protected] (no password required)
- a Permission to Skate form must be obtained from your Home Centre and brought to the first tryout skate
*For ALLIANCE MEMBERS, please reach out to your Home Centre to discuss the policies surrounding F1 waivers. Please do not complete this form until you speak to your Home Centre.
