Minor Atom MD Wolves Take ALLIANCE Title
Submitted By WMHA on Tue 04 16, 19
Congratulations to our Waterloo Minor Atom MD Wolves who have returned home from London as 2019 ALLIANCE MD Tier 1 Champions!

Congratulations also go out to our Minor Bantam MD T1 White and Bantam MD T2 White Wolves who took home the Silver at their respective MD Championships.

The Wolves beat the Kitchener Jr Rangers Red 2-1, tied the West London Hawks 1-1 and lost 4-3 to the London Bandits to finish 1-1-1 in Round Robin play, which proved to be enough to advance to the Semi-Finals.

In the Semi-Finals, Waterloo would go on to win 3-2 in overtime in their second meeting with the West London Hawks.  This would set the stage for a thrilling re-match between the Wolves and the London Bandits in the Finals.

Late in the 3rd period with the scored tied at 1-1, the Wolves would pour on the pressure scoring with 0:08 seconds left to seal the victory and take the Championship!

CONGRATULATIONS WOLVES!!
