From Select to AAA to Jr., finished with Senior Hockey and still playing men's league

Why did you become a hockey coach?
I became a Coach as I've had hundreds of coaches throughout my playing experience and I have 5 that I absolutely loved and would buy into anything they taught me.....I want to be one of those 5 to the next generation of hockey players.
What's your Coaching Philosophy/Approach?
Preach Team and Teach Development.

The most entertaining ones/Crosby. McDavid....past but I still watched: Mario Lemieux, Gretzky....past before my time: Murph Chamberlin
Favourite Drill or Skill to Teach?
Everything I have to offer even if its how to do the Michigan ....Favorite drill : More of a favorite philosophy for drills which is treat drills like a game and everything in hockey is done with your legs.
What your Players would say that you always say/yell during practices or games?
"Let's Go!!!!" and "Its a Zero Zero Game!!
