    Meeting Room - Booking Request
    Please use this form to request a meeting room to be booked for a team meeting. Please submit request, at minimum, 48 hours before your scheduled meeting (not including weekend or holidays). The WMHA will cover the cost of one meeting room per team, per season (max. 2 hours). The cost of any additional rooms, will be invoiced to your team in December and April of each season.

    Please use this form to request a reimbursement for the cost of any courses required to be approved on your team roster. This includes the cost of obtaining a VSC from Police Services
