Mountain Wolves vs Burlngton Bulldogs White
The Mountain Wolves fall short in their bid to comeback in the third period losing to the Burlington Bulldogs White 4 - 3 on Sunday.

The team played an exceptional game against Burlington. The boys put all sorts of pressure on Burlington keeping the puck in the offensive zone most of the first period but somehow saw themselves down 2 - 0 after one. It was more of the same in the second period. Great passes, hard fought battles for the puck along the boards and a few pucks off the crossbar went unrewarded and as the was now down 4 - 0 after two periods.

The Mountain Wolves came to life in the third. It suddenly seemed that the light switch got turned on. Owen McLeod was parked in front of the Bulldog's net when a loose puck made it onto his stick. Queue the potential comeback making it 4 - 1.

Moments later, a blistering shot from the blue line found its way into the back of the net. Sebastian Dupuis-Bissonnette never knew he scored until all four boys piled on top of him. Cole Tiegs picked up the assist as well as newcomer # 15. No one really knows who he is, but an assist is an assist no matter who helps out!

Thomas Chan started an end to end rush up the ice stick handling around Burlington. Next thing you know, it is 4 - 3.

Great game boys, I think this is one that got away from us. Good luck on Tuesday against Kitchener Black.
