WOLVES HAVE BIG COMEBACK WIN IN LONDON
Minor Midget AAA Wolves travelled to London Monday night to play the first place London Jr Knights. London entered game in 1st place with a 25-2-4 record and Waterloo is 2nd with a 20-3-4 record.
Waterloo opened the scoring on a goal by Jeremy Nejadrasoul who banged in a scramble in front. Assists went to Sullivan Sparkes and Nathan George. London pushed back real hard and answered with a PP goal in the 1st period and then another goal in the 2nd period. Waterloo killed off a late 5v3 but London scored on the PP early in the 3rd to take a 3-1 lead.

Waterloo never quit and kept pushing hard at London. Waterloo made it 3-2 on a set faceoff play. Goal was scored but Sparkes assisted by Nate Schnarr and Zack Walsh. On the PP the Wolves tied it again on a set faceoff play. Tying goal was scored by Drayton Duckett assisted by Jordan White and Mathew Gilmore.
With 6:51 left in the 3rd Noah Benjamin scored the eventual game winner on the PP assisted by Sparkes and Duckett
Justin Hergott was a rock in net stopping 34 of 37 shots for the win. Waterloo is now 21-3-4 and play Hamilton Thursday and Cambridge at home Saturday
