MAJOR BANTAM WOLVES DON'T ADVANCE AT SILVERSTICK
The Major Bantam Wolves played in the prestigious Silverstick tourney in Port Huron
The Wolves had a tough draw which saw them play top teams such as Detroit Little Caesers, Shattuck St Marys, Barrie Colts and Detriot Victory Honda
In Game 1 Waterloo fell behind 2-0 but showed great character and clawed their way back and scored a 3rd period powerplay goal to tie the game 3-3 and that was the final.

In Game 2 it was a back and forth game which again saw the Wolves fall behind 2-0. Once again they clawed back and with the goalie pulled scored a late goal to secure a 5-5 tie.

In Game 3 the Wolves came out flat versus a Barrie Colts team that played very strong. Waterloo didn't have an answer and lost 5-1

In Game 4 the Wolves played the strong Shattuck St Mary's team. This was a highly entertaining game in which both teams competed very hard. In the end Shattuck came away with a 2-1 win but Waterloo had chances but just couldn't get the second goal

Congrats tot he boys on a hard fought weekend
