The Bears travelled to New Hamburg on Saturday and were defeated 5-0.
Although the score didn't indicate it, the Bears tried their best all game. For this, the coaching staff is very proud. They did a great job moving the puck and skated hard all game.
The coaching staff would like to recognize Isaac Cruickshank, Mitchell Lunz and Sam Ferguson for their outstanding effort. If only Sam was about 2 feet taller, he may have been able to reach some of those shots!
In particular, the coaching staff thought Ian George played his heart out. After injuring his knee during his first shift of the game, Ian continued to work hard all game at both ends of the ice.
