The Wolves showed up to play this weekend! The team finished 1st overall in the round robin, posted an impressive record of 6-0-0 for the tournament and outscored their opponents 28-6.

It took an entire team effort for three days to defeat the following teams and take home gold:

Game 1: Southpoint Capitals (2-0)
Game 2: Richmond Hill Stars (5-1)
Game 3: Stoney Creek Warriors - White (6-0)
Game 4: Welland Tigers (6-1)
Semis:    Richmond Hill Stars (4-1)
Finals:    Vaughn Rangers (5-3)

Our defence/goaltending was impressive all weekend and all three lines contributed in the scoring efforts.

In addition to winning the championship, another highlight was that the team had the opportunity to play a game on the same surface that the Windsor Spitfires call home at the WFCU Centre.

From a coaching perspective, it was great to see the team play so well.

Wolves (and parents), thanks for the memories that you created both on and off the ice this weekend!
