Winning Weekend for White
It was a busy, but rewarding weekend for Minor Bantam White as they earned 4 points, putting themselves in second place going into their final game of the playoffs.

The Wolves started off the weekend with a trip to Brantford, where they took on the 99ers with purpose and passion. The boys hit the ice a little slow but as the clocked ticked down the players put the pedal to the metal and hit the net hard. During the second and third periods, Waterloo managed to put in a total of 10 goals to earn themselves a solid 10-3 win and their first two points of the weekend. Many players found their way to the score sheet during Saturday's game with goals and/or assists. #2 Hancock and #7 Williams did an amazing job with a hat trick each, sparking the team onto victory.
Hamilton Red then made their way to Wolves home ice on Sunday in an attempt to make it into the top four; however, Waterloo had a plan of their own. Knowing that a win would put them closer to the top of ladder, the Wolves stayed focused as Hamilton stayed determined. In the end, Waterloo managed a 2-0 win.
Fantastic goal tending by #31 B. McLeod during the weekend helped the Wolves earn four points and second place in Tier 1. A great way to go into their final game against Kitchener Jr Rangers Blue next weekend.
Go Wolves Go!!
