Congratulations to the Novice Selects for climbing above .500 for the season with their 5-2 win at Centre Wellington. Great effort from all around go out to the boys on a job well done.
With a quick start, Waterloo was able to build a lead that they would never give up. Khristian scored 2 goals in the 1st period to gain the early momentum. Liam and Emilios followed up with 2 more in the 2nd, and Josh's 3rd period tally solidified the victory for the Wolves. Hard work by Ethan E, Cameron and Roshon earned themselves the assists.
Waterloo and Fergus match up again next weekend, this time in Waterloo, where the Wolves will look to keep the momentum moving forward on home ice.
