Minor Atom MD Tryouts
The following information applies to both the Minor Atom Black and Minor Atom White MD teams.

All Players and Parents,

We would like to welcome you to the 2016 – 17 Waterloo Wolves Minor Atom MD tryouts. Throughout the tryout process we will be evaluating each player’s skills such as skating, shooting, passing, positioning, hockey sense and team play. Evaluations will be completed by the coaching staffs to ensure fairness and equality to all players.

Please arrive to all tryouts at least 45 minutes in advance so that we can have all the rosters printed and jerseys handed out in time. This allows the coaches and players adequate time to prepare before ice time.

Season Commitment

The respective coaching staffs have put together a detailed season plan and expect that all players accepting a position on the team will be 100% committed to the program. However, family and school should always be prioritized first and we will work with families throughout the season to make sure this happens.

Below is what you can expect to see throughout the season:

  • 1 - 2 Practices / Week
  • 1 - 2 Games / Week
  • 3 - 4 Tournaments
  • Team Building Events

Please be sure to subscribe to our Team Page on the WMHA website for the season schedule, rosters and other important information.

We wish everyone good luck in the tryout process!
