2015-16 Bantam Select Tryouts
Welcome to the 2015-2016
tryout process for Bantam Select!
The following information will help you and your child understand the tryout process and our plans for the upcoming season.
Player selection will be based upon teamwork, skill, capability, potential, work ethic, and sportsmanship. Following each tryout, a list of the players that will be invited back for the next tryout will be listed on the Waterloo Minor Hockey Association website at www.waterloominorhockey.com. Players and parents are asked to check the website to make sure you are on the list for the following tryout. If the player's name is NOT on the list, they have been released from team and we wish them the best of luck with the rest of their season. Following the last tryout, the final team roster will be posted online. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Coach Bryan via the WMHA website. We ask that you allow a 24hr period following the last tryout session before contacting us with any questions or concerns.
Tryout Dates and Times:
Tryout 1 Saturday, October 3rd 1:30-2:30pm
Tryout 2 Saturday, October 3rd 6:30-7:30pm
Tryout 3 Sunday, October4th 2:30-3:30pm
Our team will be participating in 3 tournaments this year.
Bradford Blue & Gold Bradford, ON Nov. 6-8
Stoney Creek Winterfest Stoney Creek, ON Feb 18-21
Alliance Championships Brantford, ON April 2016
Please keep in mind that our team budget will be a maximum of $700 per player this year.
Player commitment is critical to being successful as a team. We expect the players to attend all practices, games and team events.
