Welcome to you and your players to this season's Major Peewee Select team.
We have our first practice on Saturday Oct. 10th at 6-7pm at Albert McCormick. This will be the ice time we have for the majority of our ice time this season. Please be at the arena 30 minutes prior to practice. This will allow everybody plenty of time to get ready and for us to review the practice with the team before we hit the ice. This will allow us to have a more productive practice.
The dates for our two tournaments are scheduled. We are in the Dan Pulham tournament from Dec. 4-6 and the Bradford Blue and Gold Classic from January 15-17. Our Team Manager Terry Orsborn will be sending out the hotel details and the link to booking rooms later this week.
We will be having a parent meeting just before the practice. We will be using the Beaupre Room at Albert McCormick for the meeting please be there for 5:30 after dropping your players off at the arena.
Our Social Convenors, Holly Kreutzer and Melissa Davy, will be helping plan some great events for the team this season. They are meeting this week to discuss some ideas and put some potential dates together for these team building activities.
We are diligently working on booking games for this season and will have a fair amount of the scheduled games in place in the next two weeks hopefully.
We are very excited for the season to start and look forward to a hard working first practice.
