This Month in Novice Gold Hockey
And now the playoffs begin!
After completing the regular season and exhibition series, we are into the playoff round competing against Kitchener, Hamilton, Brantford, Cambridge and Burlington.
The playoff round starts next weekend with a match up Saturday in Hamilton. We will play each team 3 times concluding March 12th. And yes, we are fully planning to play through the March break.
We have a busy month with at least 17 ice times in January.
For the Preston tournament, the full schedule has not yet been released. You can find the preliminary schedule here. We are expecting to be in the Novice A division which will have us playing early Friday January 15th around 9:00AM and in the afternoon around 2:00PM. Saturday will see us playing around 10:00AM with the semi-finals later that day.
