Hello All, particularly Coaches
On Saturday we will have a full ice practice and we will have two goalies – Jared, Jadon’s brother is coming out with us

There are a couple drills outlined in this video but we are only going to do the first one

Keep an eye on this video for the coaching points – this guy nails it.
(Do not worry about anything after the 4:00 mark in the video we will not be attempting anything that complex.)

We will do two other simple full ice drills to work on full ice puck distribution and defensive gap control.
So all coaches who can please be on the ice.
