Welcome to a new season!
What an exciting start to a new season of hockey!
It was a lot of fun to watch our team grind out a 2-2 tie last Saturday. The coaches laid out some basic ideas - which we will build on all season - and the players responded with fantastic effort. Every player got involved in the game in his own way.
We had a good practice on Sunday morning with some skating and passing. We then began working on our break-out and the coaches thought the players picked up on it quickly. Repetition will be the key to execution of the plan during games.
