London Tournament
The coaching staff would like to thank everyone for their support in London, both verbal and on ice support. The staff was aware heading into London that the competition would be tough with London teams and wanted to use the tournament as a measuring stick. The little rascals should be congratulated on their hard work and mental toughness and also for their great behaviour in the hotel as well as the restaurant on Saturday. Waterloo was proudly represented (despite one mini stick net over the fence).

Waterloo played a tight defensive game and fought hard to come away with a 2-1 win over Oakville on Friday. Saturday morning did not go as well, as the Wolves faced the London Bandits Black MD team, and walked away with a loss. Waterloo needed a win or tie Saturday evening, and played their best hockey of the season against the London Bandits Orange MD team. The team battled incredibly hard, and clawed their way back to within one late in the game, but an empty-netter sunk their hopes, and resulted in a 3-1 Loss. The coaching staff commended the players for an outstanding effort, and allowed them to have the reward cookies anyway.

The Wolves would also like to congratulate the London Bandits Black MD team for winning the tournament in a rematch final against Cooksville. We would also like the thank the tournament organizers for putting on a great event for the 42nd year.
