Wolves Win Game 2
The Waterloo Minor Bantam Gold Wolves won their second consecutive game against Kitchener Red by  a one goal margin.

The Wolves had a shaky first period and Red capitalized on an early mistake to take the lead.  The Wolves came out with more intensity in the second and tied it up when Lunz's blast from the point deflected into the net off a Kitchener defender.  Matthews and Henderson assisted on the goal.  Chappelle made a couple of highlight reel saves to take away two sure goals from Kitchener and keep the Wolves even.  Hyjek scored a beauty a few minutes later to put the Wolves in front after taking a nice pass from McMurry.  Gerth also assisted on the play.  Waterloo added another before the second period was over when Harris stole the puck at the Kitchener blue line and fired a low wrister to make it 3-1.  Kitchener made it interesting when they scored with 2 minutes left in the game but the Wolves managed to skate away with the 3-2 victory.

The Wolves lead the six point series 4-0 and will try to finish off the series on Friday.
