Parent Info for Meeting
Our Meeting is Scheduled for Friday at 6:30 after practice in Room 200, we will start the meeting right after practice so hopefully 6:15 after the players shower.
Here is some of the items we will need....
Please bring your childs Health Card,a copy of their Birth Certificate and your cheque book
also please fill out this medical form as well which can be found at

We will going over the budget, as well as asking for parents to volunteer in a number of area's, which will include, Manager, Reporter, Social Committee & tournament organizers, Fund Raising& Sponsorship committee , Photographer/Videographer, Website Team Rep, and a Parent Rep,
