Wolves advance to Championship, News, Major Midget, 2012-2013, Select (Waterloo Minor Hockey)

The solid team play and determination continues!

Facing off against Acton for a 2nd time, the Wolves continued with the intensity that had gotten them to the semi-finals.

Sharp passes, hard skating, back checking, lots of shots and solid goal tending allowed the Wolves to dominant Acton.

Once again, the heroics of the Acton goal tender allowed them to keep the game close.

However, not to be outdone, both Wolves goalies were flawless!!!  Several undeliverable saves and they earned their second shutout in 3 games.

Championship bound, against the tough West Hill team at 2:30 (note game change).
